Cancelation Policy

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will not be extended past your original booking time. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for “full cost” of the session. Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to the appointment.

Serenalees aims to meet their client’s needs and while we understand sometimes plans need to change, cancellations without enough notice prevents another client from being treated. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can call 0422 566 365 or email serenaleesmassage@gmail.com, you may follow your booking confirmation email to make changes to appointments up to 24hrs in advance. Thank you for respecting Serenalees and our clients time.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is straightforward. We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice for cancellation. I reserve the right to charge 50% of the service for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and the "full" service fee for less than 12 hrs notice.

No Show

A no show, will be charged the full service fee, and frequent no show will be required to pay a deposit upfront when booking.

Fees may be waivered at the discretion of the Therapist if there are acceptable circumstances.
