Cancelation Policy

At Serenalees, we understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients fairly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you take note of our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment – No charge.
   
• Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before your appointment – 50% of the service fee will be charged.
   
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment or no-shows – 100% of the service fee will be charged.
